Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a warehouse / distribution facility in Monongahela, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a warehouse / distribution facility; for the demolition of a warehouse / distribution facility; for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.

This project includes the furnishing and installation of a new modular building to add additional chemical storage at the existing Wastewater Treatment Facility. This includes installation of a concrete foundation including a secondary containment sump, installation of the new modular building, coordination of electrical tie-in to new building, and final restoration of site grade. A certified check payable to the Municipal Authority of the City of Monongahela or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the Owner, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid, to guarantee the Bidder's entrance into a contract if given the award. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications, or any applicable statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinances. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Work under the aforementioned Contract is subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (1961 August 15, PL 987; P.S. 165) and subsequent amendments. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. The Contractor hereby agrees to commence work under this Contract on or before a date to be specified in a written Notice to Proceed of the Owner and to fully complete the project within Two Hundred Ten (210) consecutive calendar days thereafter.
