Project, Consisting of the Following Approximate Asphalt Paving Quantities: Base Bid: 2,000 Sy 2" Milling; 2,000 Sy 1-1/2" 9.5mm Fine Grade Superpave; 110 Tons 0.5" 9.5 Mm Fine Grade Leveling Course; 150 Sy Base Repair With 25mm Superpave Binder Add Alternate #1: 950 Sy 3.5" Milling; 110 Tons 2" 19mm Binder Course Superpave; 950 Sy 1-1/2" 9.5mm Fine Grade Superpave; 95 Sy Base Repair With 25mm Superpave Binder Add Alternate #2: Surface Preparation; 110 Tons 2" 19mm Binder Course Superpave; 750 Sy 1-1/2" 9.5mm Fine Grade Superpave; 75 Sy Base Repair With 25mm Superpave Binder Interested Bidders Are Required to Meet With the Municipality Prior to Bidding. A Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Bid, Made Payable to the Municipality, Must Accompany Each Bid. The Successful Bidder Shall Furnish a Certified Check or Performance Bond Covering 100% of the Contract Amount No Later Than Twenty (20) Days After the Contract is Awarded. This Project is Subject to the Provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442. The Township of Carroll Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or to Reject Any or All Proposals, for Any Reason Whatsoever.
