Demolition of Shawnee Regional Airport Terminal Each bidder must use the provided forms and affidavits, which must be signed and attested. Each bidder shall accompany his original bid with a certified or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank located in Oklahoma, or a Bidder's Bond in accordance with the bid documents and furnish the required bonds according to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. All questions regarding this sealed bid request must be submitted in writing or by email to the City of Shawnee, Attention: Asst. City Manager, Danny Vise, Jr. (danny.vise@shawneeok.org) no later than 5:00 p.m. (CST), on March 8,2024. The City may issue an addendum to the Request for Bids for distribution to all known prospective bidders. Bids will be referred to City staff for evaluation. The City of Shawnee reserves the right to reject any and all bids without assigning reason thereof and to waive any technicalities in the bid process.
