Renovation of a residential development in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The contractor will be required to install two (2) courses around the dwellings/structures and cover with underlayment to the roof edge. There is only one (1) dwelling noted to have 1x8 decking (221 W. 33rd Street, report #56). All other decking noted to be replaced is sheet decking. SPECIFICATIONS: Division #6 (Carpentry and Millwork) Gutters and Downspouts: Contractor add gutter clip angles to support gutters at dwellings with square fascia's. Gutter installation must not damage drip edge. Division #7 (Moisture Proofing) Laminate Shingles: Shingles may be used for the ridge and hip caps as long as the manufacturer will warranty the installation. Laminate Shingles (Class 4 Impact Resistant): Contractor to use ridge and hip caps required for the IR shingle installation/Warranty
