As of December 10, 2024, a construction manager has been awarded and has begun to bid out bid packages. Construction is expected to begin May 2025 and is expected to be completed early 2027. The District shall select, via a two-step method, Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager at Risk for Byron Nelson High School Additions and Stadium. The scope of work is Auditorium expansion and lighting and seating upgrade, Cafeteria expansion, Competition gym expansion, and a Stadium addition. *Project information, including timeline and contacts, has been obtained through public sources.
