The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract with a qualified Responder to provide drapery replacement for Bailey Hall which includes removal, disposal/recycling, evaluating hardware, fabrication, and installation services for the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, Department of Housing and Residential Life (HRL). The installation of the draperies must be completed during the period June 15, 2024 through August 15, 2024. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the University of Minnesota Purchasing Services for the Department of Housing and Residential Life, Twin Cities Campus. Respondents are prohibited from contacting the identified department about this RFP while in process. Remember to submit your response, including attachments, early to allow time to correct errors. The submission deadline is a hard close. The system will reject responses with errors and will NOT allow late submissions. The Contractor must work with the University Authorized Representative and other University of Minnesota staff on all aspects the Project. If any aspect of the Contract is subcontracted, including equipment or personnel, the Contractor must oversee all aspects of the subcontractors work.
