Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of April 12, 2024, this proj was awarded to Arcadis U.S., Inc., of $434,521.05. The scope of work shall consist of but not limited to the following - This project consists of exterior ADA upgrades including new sidewalk and ADA ramps to two existing buildings and the dog park, minor asphalt pavement replacement, and pavement striping & signage. Last day for questions- Friday March 8th at 4:00 p.m. All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act. All questions must be submitted in writing to bidinfo@chattanooga.gov The City of Chattanooga is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
