The City of Columbus, Department of Finance & Management and Department of Technology is seeking professional services to upgrade/replace the aging structural wiring and cabling throughout the entire facility of City Hall, located at 90 W. Broad St. Columbus, Ohio 43215. The scope of professional services include a comprehensive assessment, architectural and engineering design, and construction contract administration. City Hall is a historical facility comprised of 5 floors, 170,000 square feet, has over 20 telecommunication closets, with marble and granite interior finishes. City Hall is the place of business to the Mayor, City Council, City Auditor, City Treasurer, City Clerk, and Department of Finance & Management. City Hall is the most digital City owned facility with a high level of public facing presence with live streaming and press conferences. The scope of services will include incorporating protocols to maintain uninterrupted connectivity to City Hall’s network operations as part of the design and construction administration.
