Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project shall consist of the Contractor furnishing all tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove 1150 SY of concrete and 1750 LF of curb & gutter, cold mill 190000 SY of roadway, install 1150 SY of concrete sidewalk, 1750 LF of curb & gutter, 2700 tons of plant mix pavement, adjust 90 manholes and 90 valve boxes to grade, install 15 inlet boxes (frame & grate only) and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents. Milling and street overlays at various locations in Idaho Falls. Also includes removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk, primarily for ADA ramp installation/improvement.
