This Request for Quotations the RFQ is an invitation by Parkland County the County to prospective respondents to submit their responses to this RFQ Quotation for the provision of Graded Aggregate Seal Coat surfacing (GASC) and Fog Seal, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the Deliverables). Parkland County is a rural municipality located immediately west of Edmonton. Covering an area of 242,595 hectares (599,500 acres), it is one of the largest in size and one of the highest populated of all rural municipalities in Alberta. Parkland County has grown to a community of over 30,000 people and has seen generations of families continue to enjoy country living. The four locations within Parkland County for GASC and Fog Seal include: D1 - Rge. Rd. 52, Highway 16 to Twp. Rd. 535 (County Boundary) Approximately 3.20km D2 - Rge. Rd. 271, Twp. Rd. 514 to Twp. Rd. 520 Approximately 3.17km D3 - Rge. Rd. 32 (Duffield Road), Highway 627 to Duffield (CN Tracks) Approximately 7.82km D4 - Twp. Rd. 515A, Rge.
