Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the cosmetic demolition and renovation of an existing theatre. The renovation will include new finishes (flooring, paint, ceilings), power, data and new theatre seating. The work will occur at EG Hall in Centennial Hall located at 515 Portage Avenue in Winnipeg Manitoba; and identified as the University of Winnipeg Centennial Hall complex. The contract will come into effect ASAP, once project is awarded. The successful bidder will be expected to provide material and labor in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter described, and specifications provided. This RFP and the subsequent submission will be referenced and form part of the contract issued to the successful bidder.
