This Work may include emergency response Work. The Work includes all that is required for roofing maintenance and repairs or possible replacement on an “as and when required” basis at various Manitoba locations. The Work is for the following Manitoba Hydro Departments; Corporate Facilities and Transmission Operations & Maintenance (TSOM) Descriptions of ITEMS of the Work listed below are provided as a general overview. Detailed Purchaser’s Requirements are provided in the Technical Requirements and Service Release Orders (SRO) for individual Work. ITEM 1 - Work within 50 kilometres of the Winnipeg Perimeter Highway, City of Winnipeg. ITEM 2 - Work beyond 50 kilometres of the Winnipeg Perimeter Highway, rural Commencement of Services - April 01, 2024 Completion of Services - March 31, 2031 Manitoba Hydro intends contract with one (1) primary and one (1) secondary contractor for a five (5) year term with the option to renew for an additional two (2) years. Manitoba Hydro reserves the right, and the Proponent acknowledges that Manitoba Hydro has the right, to reject any, or all, Proposals, or to select, negotiate or accept any Proposal which Manitoba Hydro in its sole unfettered discretion deems advantageous to itself with no resulting liability to any Proponent.
