For the Winter 2024 Hazardous Building Materials Cleanup Project at Kootenai Business Park, 60 Port Boulevard, Libby, Lincoln County, Montana. STATE STATUTE COMPLIANCE: Each bidder shall comply with all fair labor practices and state statutes. RIGHT TO REJECT BIDS: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, to evaluate the bids submitted and to accept the proposal which best serves the interests of Lincoln County Port Authority.
