Renovation of a water / sewer project in Leesburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Town of Leesburg is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to upgrade Air Handling Unit 2 installed on the roof of the Chemical Maintenance Building at the Kenneth B. Rollins Water Filtration Plant. The Contractor is to demolish the existing AHU 2 and associated controller and furnish and install the new AHU 2 unit, ductwork, manufacturer supplied roof curb, curb cap, ductwork insulation and AHU controller. All questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing via email to BidQuestions@leesburgva.gov until but no later than 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 21, 2024. The Question Deadline is extended from 3/11/24 per Addendum 3 The Town reserves the right to perform all, part, or none of the work.
