James Madison University, located in Harrisonburg, VA, is in need of a comprehensive upgrade to the mechanical systems at Sonner Hall. The primary goal of this project is the replacement of three existing mechanical rooftop units along with the associated distribution ducting, which are essential for the building's environmental control and ventilation. In addition to this, the return air duct-work serving the building plenums also requires replacement. Furthermore, the removal and replacement of existing ceilings will be undertaken as necessary to facilitate the integration of new equipment. The University is committed to exceed a target goal of 50% with businesses certified by DSBSD.
