The Project is subject to the Community Workforce Agreement for Construction, Repair, Upgrade, Renovation, Modernization, Expansion, Rehabilitation and Improvement Work Projects dated June 27, 2017 entered into between the District and various labor unions (the "CWA"). The successful bidder and its subcontractors will be required by the District to be bound by the terms of the CWA section 00 73 49. Prequalification is required for all contractors and subcontractors listed above, even if the amount of work or labor is not in excess of one-half of one percent (.5%) of the Bidders total bid. All prequalification questionnaires will be received until April 2, 2024 All questions regarding the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing to the District.
