The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, Recreation Sites and Trails BC branch, is issuing a Request for Proposal for recreation site maintenance services in the West Chilcotin area (Contract RC252770004) for the period of April 1st 2024, to March 31st, 2024. Subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and availability of funding by the Province, the Parties may agree in writing to extend this Agreement up to a maximum of two additional 12-month terms. A supplier meeting will not be held for this opportunity. The proposed contract requires the provision of regular maintenance, clean-up, and minor repairs of eleven (11) recreation sites and trailheads geographically located in the West Chilcotin between the communities of Tatla Lake and Anahim Lake. All sites are accessed by Highway 20 and gravel roads; some sites may require the use of a 4-wheel drive vehicle. The locations of each site are shown on the recreation site location maps
