SWACO is seeking a qualified vendor to provide owner representative services for the Morse Road Transfer Station Improvements Project. The Project includes preconstruction services, pre-design programming, design phase review, constructability review, cost estimating and budget services, and project scheduling and phasing. The Successful Proposer will be required to work directly with the architectural and engineering firm and the construction contractor providing on-site management services with the author20ity to address construction concerns, ensuring renovation and construction plans are completed in accordance with construction plans and specifications. Project Objective. Onsite management services will include, but is not limited to, permits and inspections, contractor and progress meetings, shop drawing review, payment review, monthly budget assessments, project tracking and close out services. The Successful Proposer will be required to work directly with the architectural and engineering firm and the construction contractor providing on-site management services with the authority to address construction concerns, ensuring renovation and construction plans are completed in accordance with construction plans and specifications.
