Renovation of a residential development in Slingerlands, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

As of September 10, 2024, this project has been cancelled and no longer being sought. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Location: 33 Thorndale Road, Slingerlands, NY 12159 Design and erect a modular aluminum ramp/guard system to access front door from driveway. Also provide a stair and landing at a point near to the home. Ramp and stair shall comply with the 2020 Residential Code of NYS. The final layout is to be approved by the owner, NYS Education Department, and Architect. Survey the area and determine the most efficient route to access the front door from the driveway , disturbing the landscape as little as possible. Remove earth as needed to install ramp. Dispose of spoils off site. Install tie downs if required, identifying any underground utilities prior to installation. Include a limited lifetime warranty on parts and a one-year warranty on labor. Remove any packaging and debris created during the installation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
