Site work and paving for a civil project in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Sealed bids should not be sent or delivered to any other address or location, and the Authority is not responsible for any late deliveries or misdirected bids. Any bids sent or delivered to an address or location other than the one specified above, or received after this time, will not be accepted. Contract TAS 24-16B / D214970 - Rehabilitation of I-90 WB Bridge over Cayuga Seneca Canal at MP 313.82 and Interchange 41 Bridge over I-90 at MP 320.4 in Seneca County in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Your bid must be secured with either a Bid Bond or a Bid Deposit. A Bid Bond must be in the amount of 5% of the total bid and must be on the Authority's Bid Bond Form (TA-44117) which is included in the Proposal. A Bid Deposit must be a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the New York State Thruway Authority in the amount of $200,000.00.
