Contract TAS 24-16B / D214970 - Rehabilitation of I-90 WB Bridge over Cayuga Seneca Canal at MP 313.82 and Interchange 41 Bridge over I-90 at MP 320.4 in Seneca County in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Your bid must be secured with either a Bid Bond or a Bid Deposit. A Bid Bond must be in the amount of 5% of the total bid and must be on the Authority's Bid Bond Form (TA-44117) which is included in the Proposal. A Bid Deposit must be a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the New York State Thruway Authority in the amount of $200,000.00.
