Phase 3 Construction - Once Phase 2 is available for use, complete ground floor renovations to achieve final built. Complete remaining site works including paving, landscaping, other necessary works to achieve successful project completion. The facility will be designed and constructed in accordance with the Region of Peels Net Zero Emissions Building Standards, adhering to the requirements of the latest version of CaGBCs Zero Carbon Building Design Standard.
