The project is expected to be awarded on December 2, 2024 during the Board meeting. *A Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the proposed contract value shall be included within the Proposal Package *A Performance, Labor and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the proposed contract value will be required for the successful bidder In accordance with Chapter 25 of the Code of the Township, all Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Township. Contractor Qualification Statements must be submitted NO LATER THAN 4:00 p.m. (EST), Thursday, October 17, 2024 to the Administration Office of the Township of Upper St. Clair, 1820 McLaughlin Run Road, Upper St. Clair, PA 15241. The demolition of existing site parking area & building existing lighting fixture assemblies and foundations & existing site pylon/panel signage & foundations and the supply & installation of new site parking area light fixture assemblies/foundations and new building mounted lighting and site masonry monument signage assemblies and all associated above & below grade electrical work as indicated within the Construction Documents.
