Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The 2024 Roadway Project Contract work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, approximately 10,440 SY milling, and 1,530 TON bituminous wearing course. The Indiana Avenue Curb and Sidewalk Improvements Contract work will include, but not necessarily limited to, the installation of approximately 678 LF of concrete curb and 950 SF of concrete sidewalk. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Questions received after 12:00 PM, Monday, February 26, 2024, regarding the project will not be acknowledged. The Contracts are subject to the following: the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Condition; requirement of a non collusion affidavit; the non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; and the Public Works Employment Verification Act. Lemoyne Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
