Harris County Improvement District #1/Uptown Houston invites interested firms to submit Statements of Qualifications and Financial Proposals, in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, Construction Manager-at-Risk ("CMAR") one-step method, to provide general contractor as CMAR services for the West Loop Shared Use Path and Bayou Bridge. The proposed Project comprises shared-use paths, suspension bridge (or similar), truss bridges, intersection amendments, TxDOT structural repairs, and TxDOT flood protection repairs within five (5) segments. Owner is soliciting Proposals from Respondents for preconstruction and construction services for the Project. Financial Proposals as requested in this RFP consist of Pre-Construction Services Fees, CMAR Fees and General Conditions. The project aims to enhance active transportation infrastructure through a shared use path and bridge improvements from Memorial Drive to Post Oak Boulevard along I610 West Loop.
