Style: Vineyard, Color: Blueberry Vine or equivalent approved equal to match existing carpet. Contractor will use vinyl stair nosing on steps/platforms. o Contractor will prep subfloor and apply adhesives for traction back carpet. o Contractor will be responsible to recycle old materials. o Contractor will move furniture in the areas to be carpeted and use equipment to lift existing workstations and file cabinets in order to remove old carpet and prep floor. o Bidders must attend a scheduled pre bid conference and walk through requested above in order to view and familiarize themselves with current conditions or contact the Facilities Supervisor otherwise. o The awarded Contractor will provide a 10% stock to Facilities. o The awarded contractor will be required to submit a submittal with specs and samples of the material before starting the project for agency approval. o The work will be performed off hours to not disturb normal operations of the building. o Contractor will obtain and submit all required permits. o Project needs to reflect Prevailing Wages and employees need to be CORI checked and cleared before the project starts. o Contractor will ensure that the area is clean and ready to be used after completion. o No additional costs will be approved for commuting, fuel or other incidental expenses. The contractor may use facility water and electricity.
