Per Addendum 5 Bid Date Extended Please be advised, the bid opening date for EMS Seaport 7227-which is currently March 6, @12:00PM will be extended. An Addendum will follow shortly. Masonry, Misc. Ornamental, Waterproofing, Roofing & Flashing, Resilient Floors, Painting, Elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Electrical. EMS Seaport Station. Filed Sub-bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of the amount bid, DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility (approved in the applicable trade/category of work noted below), and DCAMM Update Statement. All questions must be submitted in writing directly to bid.info@boston.gov by 2/27/24. The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications; the project consists New construction of a 5,700 square foot EMS Seaport Station. Includes the demolition of existing utility sheds. The new building will consist of a two-ambulance garage and public toilet facility on the first floor, crew lounge, kitchenette, showers, and gym on the second floor. Mechanical equipment is located at a second-floor equipment platform.
