As of September 9, 2025, the owner selected qualified design firms that were assigned to districts that were invited to participate in the MSBA’s Accelerated Repair Program (ARP) beginning in 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: MSBA staff determined that the following project management firms submitted the strongest responses and best meet the requirements for providing services in the Accelerated Repair Program. 1. Watermar Responses from engineering and/or architectural firms or individuals interested in providing consultant services to the MSBA to evaluate existing public K-12 schools to determine scope, schedule, and cost factors to convert buildings to heat pumps for heating, cooling, and ventilation, while also removing dependency on fossil fuels and/or to otherwise assist the MSBA with services associated with developing programmatic processes to fund heat pump conversion projects within the MSBA's Accelerated Repair Program (ARP).
