**As of April 4, 2024, the project was awarded to Whitaker Construction in the amount of $1, 491, 838.** The bidder shall visit the project site and become familiar with the existing site conditions. City of St. George reserves the right to reject any, or all BIDS, or to waive any formality or technicality in any BID, in the interest of the city.
