Contract No. 3092-24-01 consists of the replacement of pavilion roofs, installation of gutters and downspouts to existing drainage, replacement of gable sheathing on each end of the pavilions, and installation of connecting sidewalks to the walking track, and all related work. An Additive Alternate Bid #1 is included in the Contract's Bid Form, consisting of the substitution of metal roofing panels with asphalt shingles; and an Additive Alternate Bid #2 consists of the regrading of the sidewalk/running track adjacent to the tennis courts such that the proposed grade is at a maximum of 5%. Work under this contract and Additive Alternates shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor for the construction as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The project is being financed in part by a Community Conservation Partnerships Program, State Parks and Outdoor Recreation - ARPA grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) and local funds. The obligations imposed on the Owner by the funding agency shall apply to and be acceptable to the successful bidder(s).
