On Call Region 2 Tree and Brush Cutting. ODOT is seeking qualified contractors to enter into price agreements (on-call agreements) for tree and brush cutting services on an as-needed basis including climber and ground workers, bucket truck and crew, feller buncher and operator, mulcher mower and crew, log grapple and operator, brush chipper and crew, log loader and operator, and excavator and operator. Contractor must be able to perform traffic control. See ITB and sample price agreement for additional details. This Price Agreement (pa is Between The state of Oregon, acting by and Through Its Department of Transportation (odot) And Hereafter Called ''contractor.'' Od ot and Contractor Together Are Also Referred to as "parties" and Individually Referred to as party. the Primary Contacts for This Pa Are Identified in the Table Below. each Party May Change Their Pa Administrator Designee by Promptly Sending Written Notice via Email to the Other Party's Pa Administrator. This Pa is One of a Series of Pas Established for the Convenience of Odot. Odot Makes No Guarantee of Any Minimum or Maximum Purchases Under This Pa.odot Reserves the Right to Contract for the Purchase of Similar Services Outside of This Paand the Pa Series in Accordance With Applicable Law. During the Term of the Pa Series, Odot May Add Pas to the Series by Conducting Additional Solicitations at Any Time.
