Renovation of an educational facility in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
HVAC Renovations at the Parthum School Complex. Work includes all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the HVAC Renovations at the Parthum School. Required DCAMM Certification as Prime/General Contractor in HVAC. Bidders must submit a five percent (5%) bid deposit with their bid. All bids submitted in response to the Invitation for Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 149. Bidders will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statue. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, DCAMM Certification and OSHA Certifications. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action ins in the best interest of the City. Deadline for Submitting FSB Questions Thursday, February 29, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m. Site Visit: Each bidder is advised to visit the sites of the equipment and proposed work prior to submitting their bid. The purpose of this visit is to acquaint the bidders with any and all conditions at the site and to identify, inspect and inventory the equipment.
