Renovation of an educational facility in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Disconnect existing power feeds from existing roof mounted HVAC equipment to be removed, provide new power feed to new roof mounted HVAC equipment. Provide new power feeds to new roof mounted heat pumps and wall mounted fan coils. HVAC Renovations at the North Common Education Complex. Work includes all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the HVAC Renovations at the North Common Education Complex. Required DCAMM Certification as: Prime/General Contractor in HVAC. Bidders must submit a 5% bid deposit with their bid. All bids submitted in response to the Invitation for Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 149. Bidders will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statue. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, DCAMM Certification and OSHA Certifications. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City. Estimated Cost $1,887,450.00 Electrical QA deadline Thursday, February 29, 2024 @ 2:00 PM Any questions concerning this IFB may ONLY be submitted in writing to Walt Callahan, Lawrence Public School's Director of Procurement.
