Power Washing of Decks for Packing Facilities Question Deadline: 03/05/2024 at 12:00 AM CT, All questions and clarifications regarding this Request for Bid will be accepted by submitting your questions through online. All questions must be in writing in order to receive a response. After the date and time established for receipt of bids by the City, any contact initiated by the vendor or by a City representative, other than the Purchasing Division representative listed herein, concerning this Request for Bid is prohibited. Any such unauthorized contact may cause the disqualification of the vendor from the procurement transaction. It is the intent of the City to make an award within 30 working days of the bid due date. The City reserves the right to qualify, accept, or reject any or all vendors as deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City of Iowa City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or technicalities in any bid when in the best interest of the City. The City of Iowa City reserves the right to accept or reject any exception taken by the vendor to the terms and conditions of the Request for Bid. When in the best interest of the City of Iowa City, the contract may be awarded to two (2) or more vendors. The awarded vendor will be given the City's Contract Compliance Document to complete and return before a Contract Purchase Order is issued Work as herein specified for Parking Facilities can be performed starting May 20, 2024, but must be completed by July 26, 2024.
