Reference Number 0000264914 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/14 02:00:00 PM EDT Brescia University College and Western University are integrating. As part of this integration, all Brescia facilities will be surveyed and documented to confirm where any asbestos containing materials are present within all facilities. This information will be use for inclusion into the existing online asbestos management database (HMIS). This database is maintained as part of the requirements under Ontario Regulation 278/05 that require a management plan for all asbestos containing materials on campus. The successful Proponent will provide the following services: Review all Brescia facilities and historical documentation provided by Western Facilities Management. Perform a thorough site review of all buildings and spaces (Appendix B). a. Academic Pavilion b. Claire Hall c. Facilities Management d. Mary Manor e. Mother St. James Memorial Building (including Beryl Ivey Library) f. Ursuline Hall (including Marie Rosier Wing) Perform material sampling in all buildings and spaces. Photographic documentation of materials and current condition(s). Provide Location Plans for each building based on provided base floor plans. Submit all material samples taken during the site survey to a laboratory for analysis to confirm the concentration of asbestos present. Provide a report (per building) outlining findings from the site reviews and laboratory analysis. Reports to include any recommendation(s) for materials identified in need of urgent and/or immediate remediation. Final reports are to be submitted in PDF format and laboratory results in PDF and Excel formats.
