Reference Number: 20056223 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-03-25 This call for tenders concerns the complete renovation and conversion of several residential buildings on Cap-des-Rosiers Boulevard. The buildings in question are semi-detached #988-990, #1120-1122, #1134-1136, #1138-1140, #1152-1154, #1158-1160, and fourplex #1216, which will be completely renovated, as well as semi-detached #1021-1023 and #1099-1101, which will be renovated and converted into fourplexes. Work will include safe demolition and removal of materials containing hazardous substances, complete replacement of interior systems (plumbing, electrical, ventilation), renovation of interior finishes (walls, ceilings, floors), installation of new kitchen furnishings and complete renovation of bathrooms, replacement of doors and windows, as well as reconstruction of terraces, balconies and addition of canopies. Work will also include structural reinforcement, repairing and re-staining exterior wood cladding, improving soundproofing and fire resistance, and refurbishing parking areas and accesses. For buildings undergoing conversion, the work will also include the construction of new partitions, the necessary structural modifications, the installation of new external staircases, the replacement of foundation drains, the waterproofing of foundations, the addition of external accesses to basements, and the development of parking areas and accesses. The work will be carried out in sequence, in compliance with current safety, quality and environmental management standards.
