Letcher County Fiscal Court Request for Bids for Generator Letcher County Fiscal Court is seeking sealed bids for the purchase, delivery, and installation of a 38 kW, single-phase, 120/240 Volt, liquidcooled gaseous engine generator, Generac RG038 Protector QS Series or equivalent, and a 400 Amp Service Entrance Rated Automatic Transfer Switch, Generac RTSW400A3 or equivalent, as well as annual generator maintenance services to be quoted as a separate line item. All companies, including veteran, minority, or woman-owned businesses are encouraged to apply. Letcher County Fiscal Court is an equal opportunity employer Furnish and install one (1) new Generac RG032 Protector QA Series Generator or equivalent that meets or exceeds the following specifications: - 32-kW; 60Hz - 120/240 Volt, Single Phase - Evolution Digital Controller - LP Operation - 150A Circuit Breaker - Battery Charger - Lead Acid Start Battery - Sound-attenuated, weather protective enclosure Furnish and install one (1) new Generac RXSW200A3 Automatic Transfer Switch or equivalent that meets or exceeds the following specifications: - 200 Amps - Single Phase - Service Entrance Rated - NEMA 3R Enclosure - Exerciser Clock Installation The generator is to be installed on an existing concrete pad and connected using existing underground wiring and conduit. If conduit or wiring is found to be in need of replacement, the county must be notified and approve the replacement of any existing components.
