Fire Alarm Replacement Projects at three Town Buildings. General Bids will only be considered from bidders holding a Certification of Eligibility from the Division of Capital Management and Maintenance in the category of Electrical and in a single project amount higher than the amount of the bid. The estimated cost of the project is: $273,000. A. The work under this Section shall include the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment and supplies and the performance of all operations to provide complete working systems, in general, to include the following items: B. The Fire and Rescue Department: Provide new Fire Alarm Control System 1. Add Alternate 1- Manchester-by-the-Sea Waste-Water Treatment Plant a. Provide new Fire Alarm Control System throughout the Waste-Water Treatment Plant; provide demolition and removal of existing Fire Alarm System 2. Add Alternate 2 - Manchester-by-the-Sea Water Treatment Plant a. Provide new Fire Alarm Control System throughout the Water Treatment Facility; provide demolition and removal of existing Fire Alarm System.
