This property includes 4 acres of space, with a large storm/detention pond located on the north side of the property. Proposals should include passive and active park aspects, including but not limited to play equipment, walking trails, turf, trees, shrubs and shade or shelter structure (s), and all infrastructure needed for the site, including but not limited to irrigation, drainage and electrical.
