Reference Number 0000349062 Evans Parks Drainage Improvements Project Description: This project consists of drainage improvements at three (3) Evans Parks as outlined below Dante Park - Clearing and grubbing, pond grading and seeding along with installation of a valley pan from the inlet storm sewer to the pond outlet structure Driftwood Park - Clearing and grubbing, pond grading and Seeding along with installation of a valley plan and replacement of some damaged storm sewer culverts. In addition, the contractor will replace some existing damaged sidewalks. Prairie View Park - Pond grading and seeding along with installation of a valley pan, clearing & grubbing of existing stumps, cattails, and other debris. Question Deadline 04/25/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Bid Bond: A certified check or bank draft, payable to the City of Evans, Colorado, a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder or an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The Evans City Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interests of the City of Evans, Colorado.
