Improvements include but not limited to asphalt, concrete curb, gutter, pans, and foundations. Work for the Evans Junction Demolition Project consists of Removal and Hauling of concrete curb, pan,and other concrete flatwork, asphalt, concrete foundations and other constructed materials on lots 1-4 of the Evans Junction property at the SW corner of 31st Street and Highway 85 in Evans as designated by the City's Project Manager. Question Deadline 08/13/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % Bid Bond: A certified check or bank draft, payable to the City of Evans, Colorado, a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder or an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The Evans City Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interests of the City of Evans, Colorado.
