SCOPE OF SERVICES The City of Flint is inviting bids from City of Flint licensed sidewalk contractors interested in providing sidewalk replacement services at Flint City Hall. Services will include removing and replacing deteriorated sidewalk squares, as well asrestoration services, on City Hall property. Allsidewalks to be removed will be marked with pink paint by the City Engineer, City Inspector or authorized representative. No unmarked sidewalks removed and replaced will be authorized for payment unless authorized by the City Engineer, City Inspector or authorized representative.
