N40085-18-D-1156/1157/1158/1159/1160 can provide a proposal for this project. Pier 14 - Repair Cleats and Bollards, Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek - Fort Story. Location The work is located at the JEB Little Creek-Fort Story . approximately as indicated on contract documents. The exact location will be shown by the Contracting Officer. The work includes repairs to mooring cleats and bollards on Pier 14 and incidental related work. Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Liquidated Damages, if the Contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the contract, the Contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the Government in the amount of $242.54 for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted.
