This Agreement for Architectural Services (" Agreement") is between the Merced Union High School District, a California public school district ( the " District"), and TETER, INC., ( the Architect"), with respect to the following recitals: A. District proposes to undertake the construction of improvement projects which require the services of a duly qualified and licensed architect. B. Architect represents that Architect is licensed to provide architectural/ engineering services in the State of California and is specially qualified to provide the services required by the District, specifically the design and construction oversight of public school( s). C. The Parties have negotiated the terms under which Architect will provide such services and reduce such terms to writing by this Agreement. Question Deadline 03/07/2024 The Project concerning which such architectural services shall be provided is described as: Provide plans and specifications required for the reroof of the Locker Room Building at Atwater High School, in Atwater, CA. Classification * General Contractors (A, B) Classification *C-39 (Roofing Contractor) Preliminary Opinion of Estimated Construction Cost of $160,000.00. Teter shall be compensated Nineteen Thousand, Two Hundred Dollars ($19,200.00). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
