Renovation of an educational facility in Atwater, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Removal and replacement of the existing shingle roofing systems and associated flashings (both pre-finished and non-pre-finished). 2. Removal and replacement of existing single ply roofing systems, installation and associated flashings (both pre-finished and non-pre-finished). Paint to match existing. 3. Painting of all new non-prefinished sheet metal copings, flashing, and any exposed flashings. 4. Painting of all reinstalled sheet metal copings, flashings and exposed flashings. Paint to match existing. 5. Installation of new conduit supports, piping supports, and light supports. 6. Providing roofing manufacturers warranty as specified in Section 07. 7. Removal and reinstallation of designated mechanical equipment in order to accommodate roofing system installation. 8. Temporary support of existing building elements to remain. B. Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. All requests for pre-bid clarification must be submitted no later than April 16, 2024 at 12:00 PM. Buhach Colony High School Buildings D & F Reroof Question Deadline 04/12/2024 Each Bidder shall possess at the time this Contract is awarded a Class A, B, and/or C-39 Contractor's License, current and legally issued by the Contractor's State License Board, pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 3300.
