2024 town road seal coat projects. Quotes to include all material, oil, (limestone chips, quarts, or fractured pea rock cost difference) and hauling, as well as quote not including chips/aggregate. The Town is anticipating 6 miles of maintenance single seal, average width 22 feet, and 1 mile of double seal. A $200 per calendar day penalty imposed if work not completed by August 9, 2024. The Town of Eastman reserves the right to accept the bid which is most advantageous to the Town of Eastman and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
