Town of Eastman is Now Requesting Bids for 2025 Town Road Seal Coat Projects. Quotes to Include All Material, Oil, (Limestone Chips, Quarts, or Fractured Pea Rock Cost Difference) and Hauling, as Well as Quote Not Including Chips/aggregate. The Town is Anticipating 4 Miles of Maintenance Single Seal, Average Width 22 Feet, and 1.2 Miles of Double Seal. All Quantities May Be More or Less. A $200 Per Calendar Day Penalty Imposed if Work Not Completed by August 16, 2025. The Town of Eastman Reserves the Right to Accept the Bid Which is Most Advantageous to the Town of Eastman and Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids.
