Renovation of a mixed-use development in Armagh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project will consist of a single prime contract - General Construction, associated with HVAC and Electrical Construction contracts, previously let. Project is to be substantially complete and ready for occupancy according to the Project Schedule outlined within the Bid Documents. United School District reserves the right to waive irregularities in the bidding and to reject any and all bids. United School District will be the sole judge in the decision as to which bid is most applicable and most acceptable.
