Site work and paving for a road / highway in New Hanover Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This project consists of Milling, Fabric Installation, and Installation of 9.5 MM Wearing Course. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Surety Company's Bid Bond on the form provided in the Bid Documents, naming as payee or Obligee, Douglass Township, Berks County in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid submitted. The Surety Company must be acceptable to the Township. All Contracts exceeding $10,000.00 shall be performed in compliance with Executive Order 11246, entitled, "Equal Employment Opportunity," as amended by Executive Order 11375 and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (41 CFR Part 60). The Bidder and all subcontractors must be prequalified by PennDOT for the type of project work specified in order to bid the project, and prequalification certificates must be submitted by the Bidder and all subcontractors. Douglass Township, Berks County, reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any or all bids, and to delete any item or portion of an item without affecting the bids on the remaining items or portion of items.
