Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Hanover Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project consists of but is not limited to the extension of the Perkiomen Trail along Deep Creek Road and related items. The purpose of this project is to shorten the cross walk across Deep Creek Road and repair the culvert that the trail crosses. In accordance with this contract, the work will include removal of a portion of the existing stone masonry headwall and construct a concrete curb atop the existing culvert with a barrier protective fence atop it. Work will also include the construction of concrete retaining walls adjacent to the existing culvert. Additionally, the asphalt pavement will be extended from the existing Perkiomen Trail to the Perkiomen Avenue intersection. A performance bond in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract sum, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the Contract in accordance with the Contract Documents shall be submitted. Such bond shall be executed on the form contained in the Bid Documents and shall be solely for the protection of County A payment bond in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract sum shall be submitted.
